Oh wow... I was totally against weekly themes before. They seemed too strict or something. But seeing your switch, and then reading what alexclark said about it, really flipped a switch for me. It must help you focus on one big idea at a time instead of getting pulled in a bunch of directions. I'm gonna have to try setting that up for myself now.
