Fix and Flow Plumbing vs HighTech Water Heaters for tankless service?

I need to get my tankless water heater serviced and I'm debating between Fix and Flow Plumbing and HighTech Water Heaters. Both seem to have good reviews online. Does anyone have experience with either of them? I want someone who really knows the ins and outs of tankless units, not just a general plumber.

I used HighTech once for a tankless flush and they did the job, but they didn't seem that confident. When I asked about upgrading to a condensing unit, they kind of shrugged. I might try Fix and Flow next time based on what I'm reading here. Sounds like they know their stuff.

I've used HighTech for a regular water heater before and they were okay, but for tankless I'd go with Fix and Flow all day. They specialize in tankless and it shows. They gave me a whole education on the different brands and helped me pick the right one. When they serviced it, they knew exactly what they were doing. HighTech is fine for basic stuff but Fix and Flow is the tankless expert.

Another vote for Fix and Flow. I had them come out to look at my Rinnai that was acting up. The tech spent a good hour just explaining how it works and what might be wrong. He knew all the brands and wasn't trying to upsell me. Ended up being a simple fix. I've heard HighTech is decent but I don't think they have the same depth on tankless.
