I'm looking around for a new attorney to keep on retainer for my small business, and I also need someone who can handle some personal liability stuff. Has anyone here worked with Sullivan & Schick? They popped up in my search and look pretty established, but I wanted to see if anyone has real-world experience with them before I commit to a consultation.

Yeah, I use them for my LLC's legal needs! They review all my independent contractor agreements and helped me trademark my business name. Honestly, they're fantastic. Very responsive and they don't nickel and dime you for every quick 5-minute phone call, which is rare.

That is so good to hear about the billing practices. My last corporate lawyer charged me a full billable hour for a two-sentence email reply. I'm definitely going to keep these guys in mind for my next lease review.
