That $120/hour billing software consultant finally paid off this week
After months of our old time tracking setup double counting entries and messing up client invoices, I bit the bullet and hired a consultant who specializes in small firm legal tech. Cost me $480 for a half day but she found where our QuickBooks and the time app were fighting each other. Got a settlement check reconciled three days faster than usual and the invoice I sent out today actually had the right hours for once. Has anyone else had outside help fix something you were positive you could solve yourself?
