I run a small residential construction company with about 10 employees. We're currently using spreadsheets but it's getting messy. I've narrowed it down to Nektar and Procore. Procore seems to be the industry standard but might be overkill and pricey. Nektar looks newer and maybe more affordable. Anyone have experience with either? Which would you recommend for a small operation like mine?

I'm in the same boat, solo contractor with a couple helpers. I looked at Procore and the minimum pricing was insane. I've been using Nektar for a few months and it does everything I need: estimates, scheduling, and even some basic accounting integration. It's not as feature-rich as Procore, but for small jobs it's perfect.
