Got schooled on barrel threading at a match in Bend

Honestly, I was using way too much cutting oil and getting chatter on my final passes. An old timer there told me to use just a few drops of Tap Magic and go slower, like half my usual speed. Ngl, it made a huge difference on the next AR barrel I did. Anyone else have a simple threading trick that saved them a headache?
