My brother told me to check the license plate on a blue Honda Civic in my neighborhood
He said he saw it parked in two different spots at the exact same time yesterday afternoon, which should be impossible. I went out and saw it myself, same plate, same car, parked on Elm Street and also in the lot behind the diner. Has anyone else seen something like this where an object seems to be in two places at once?

Man, my brain does that with my keys all the time. I'll swear I left them on the counter, but they're in my coat pocket. Then I find a second pair in the junk drawer. Turns out I just have two sets and forgot. Maybe your brother saw two identical Civics? It's way more likely than some quantum physics stuff happening on Elm Street.

Yeah the "way more likely" part is so true. Our brains are just bad at keeping track of normal stuff. I see it all the time with people swearing they turned the stove off, or that they definitely locked the door. We jump to wild ideas because the simple truth, that we just forgot, feels too boring. It's way easier to believe in a glitch than to admit our memory is kinda messy.
