I was sure my friend's story about a double take was just bad coffee, but then I saw the same license plate twice in ten minutes on my way to work.

I was driving my usual route to the office in Springfield last Tuesday when I saw a blue truck with the plate 'JKL-42B', then after stopping for gas, I saw what looked like the exact same truck and plate pass me going the other way, which felt impossible given the one-way streets in that area.

Yeah, I started taking a quick photo when that happens. Half the time I'm right, half the time it's just a shadow. Helps me check.
