I finally figured out why my GPS kept glitching at the same intersection in Portland
It always showed me turning left onto a street that hasn't existed since they redid the overpass 5 years ago. Has anyone else had a map app show a place that shouldn't be there?

Try a hard reset, hold the power and volume down buttons for ten seconds. Usually fixes weird glitches.
