Tell me about it, I had a similar screw-up with a missing gasket once. It shut down a client's line for two days because we didn't catch it in time. Now I triple-check everything before it goes out the door.

Hope you mean a seal, @hugo_moore. A gasket alone wouldn't take a line down for two days unless it was in a really bad spot.
