I finally got to see the basalt columns at Devil's Postpile in person last month
The scale of those hexagonal pillars is just insane up close, way better than any textbook photo. Anyone know of other columnar jointing sites that are a must-see?

Wait, isn't Devil's Postpile actually in California? I thought the Giant's Causeway was the famous one in Ireland. Both are amazing to see though.
