Warning: my new smart scale's body fat reading was way off
I compared it to the DEXA scan I got at my doctor's office last month, and the scale was off by almost 8%. I found this out after checking the manual's fine print about hydration levels. Has anyone else had a specific gadget's health metric be this inaccurate?

Eight percent is a huge difference, that's basically useless data. Makes you wonder why they even bother putting that feature on there. Guess I'll stick to just weighing myself.
