My new smart scale keeps telling my cat he's 15% body fat

I left it on the floor for a second and now I have a full report on his 'hydration levels'. Anyone else's gadgets get hilariously confused by pets?

Honestly, my robot vacuum is the worst for this. It gets stuck on my dog's chew toys and logs them as 'obstruction events', and I once got a cleaning map that was just a wild scribble around where my napping cat was. It's like these things are built for a world without any actual living creatures in it. My smart speaker once tried to add 'meow meow meow' to my shopping list.
