Just saw the tear strength rating on Uline bubble wrap and it shocked me

I was looking for packing materials and noticed the 3-ply small bubble stuff only has a tear strength of 6 lbs per inch. Has anyone else run into stuff being way weaker than you expected from a brand name?

6 lbs per inch? That bubble wrap wouldn't hold a grocery list together.

Man, it's got to be for packing something really specific like feathers or packing peanuts. Nobody's shipping bricks with that stuff and expecting a miracle. I'm guessing the marketing team got a little carried away with the numbers.
