Bought a $20 veggie chopper on a whim, now I actually eat salads

I used to skip vegetables because chopping took forever after work. Picked up one of those manual choppers at the Asian market and it diced a whole onion in like 10 seconds. Anyone else found one gadget that actually stuck around or did yours end up in a drawer?
