Showerthought: My old client pitch was basically a 10 page novel

Used to send these huge emails explaining everything. Now I just send a 3 bullet point Loom video after a client in Chicago said 'I fell asleep reading your third paragraph.' Anyone else switch to video pitches?

The client wanted a 37 page report on paperclip usage trends. Thirty-seven pages, @aaron_gonzalez. I saw the final document and it was just charts of how many boxes got used per floor. That's not security, that's a fear of making any decision without a binder of proof.
