My shop sold 200 Mother's Day arrangements in one weekend, a first for us
We're a small store in Boise and our previous record was 150. The difference was offering a 'build your own' station with pre-wrapped stems and quick add-ons like eucalyptus. It cut our design time in half and let us handle more walk-ins. Has anyone else tried a self-serve option for big holidays?

Honestly, that's a genius move. My place would have just tried to work faster until we all had carpal tunnel. You turned a design bottleneck into a customer feature and probably made people feel more creative. I'm stealing this idea for Valentine's Day, no shame.

Wait, @grant901, you're already planning for Valentine's Day? That's next level.
