I just counted the stems in my cooler and it was exactly 1,000

I was doing my normal Tuesday stock check and the number hit me. That's a lot of flowers to keep fresh and ready. It made me think about how I rotate everything so nothing sits too long. Do you have a set number you try to keep on hand, or do you just order as you go?

My uncle ran a small produce stand for years. He swore by keeping exactly 300 ears of corn in the cooler at the start of each day. That number just worked for his flow and waste. I guess everyone finds their own system.
