Chatting with a retired florist at the garden center made me miss the old ways
She mentioned how she used to hand-write every single order card, and now it's all printed labels. Makes me wonder if that personal touch is what people really remember. Do you still add any handwritten notes for special deliveries?

That personal touch really does stick with people. We still write a short note on every delivery, and customers mention it all the time. It just feels more human that way.

How do you keep the notes from feeling like a chore or something you just copy and paste? I mean, after the thousandth delivery, does it ever start to feel fake, or do you have a way to make each one still feel genuine?
