Got some real talk from a client about my glue-down vinyl seams

I finished a big glue-down vinyl job in a Denver office last month, and the property manager called me back. He said, 'Alex, the seams are lifting in the high-traffic entry already.' I was using a 100-pound roller, thinking that was enough. He showed me his maintenance guy's 150-pound roller and said they use it on every seam for a full minute. I switched to the heavier roller and started counting to sixty on each seam. Has anyone else had a client point out a tool or method that actually worked better?

Wow, that heavy roller trick saved me too.

My living room rug looked like a lost cause until I tried that. I mean, it's crazy how well it works.
