Dropped $120 on an adjustable shower head and it saved my back within two days
I finally swapped out my old fixed head for one of those handheld units with a hose, and honestly it made washing my dog and rinsing the shower walls way less of a hassle has anyone else found one of these actually worth the money?

Dunno man, I've had some stiff mornings but calling it "that back pain struggle" makes it sound like you're fighting a war in your spine. Maybe just stretch a bit more.
