Haha @fiona_reed I just got sick of seeing the same number every day and decided to switch it up. One day I hit the gym an extra hour and suddenly the scale moved, weird how that works. Also stopped eating pizza for breakfast, which was probably helping but not in the way I wanted. Honestly the real trick was just getting annoyed enough to do something about it.
