The realtor who showed up to an open house in full hunting camo

So I'm looking at this cute little bungalow outside Nashville, nothing special, 3 bed 1 bath listed at $185k. The realtor I'm working with says her colleague is covering the open house since she's stuck in traffic. I walk in and this guy is standing by the kitchen island wearing full Mossy Oak camo, boots, the whole outfit. I thought maybe he just came from deer hunting or something, but nope, he told me he wears it every day because "it helps him blend in with the neighborhood and spot flaws buyers might miss." He then spent 20 minutes showing me how to check for foundation cracks by looking for spots where a mouse could squeeze through. I couldn't tell if he was a genius or just messing with me. Has anyone else had a realtor with a weird gimmick like that?

Well, I gotta say, a property listed at $185k outside Nashville doesn't quite match the "cute little bungalow" description in today's market, more like a fixer-upper or a tear-down. That camo gimmick is definitely strange, but honestly, checking for mouse-sized gaps is a smart way to spot real foundation issues most people miss. I guess crazy sometimes walks the line between clever and just plain odd.
