My kombucha scoby sank for the first time ever
Happened about 3 days into a new batch. I think my kitchen was just too cold, maybe around 65 degrees. Anyone else have this happen and still get a good brew?

Honestly, that's totally normal when it's chilly.

My thermostat is set to 68 and I'm still wearing two sweaters. This is less "chilly" and more "arctic expedition prep.
