TIL that fancy new subdivision in Oak Creek uses a hidden concrete curb under every vinyl fence line.
I was checking out the work on a site there and the crew foreman told me they pour a 4-inch curb first, then set the posts, which apparently stops the panels from sagging into the dirt over time, so has anyone else seen this method and does it actually save on callbacks?
