Found a vintage sewing pattern in a thrift bin and it totally saved my project
I was at Goodwill last Saturday digging through a bin of random fabric scraps and found this 1970s Simplicity pattern for a wrap dress. Paid fifty cents for it. The whole design is based on this clever dart placement that I never would have thought of myself. I recreated the top part for a client who wanted something flowy but structured. Has anyone else found old patterns that just clicked better than modern stuff?

Ngl I read vintage patterns have way better instructions than modern ones.
