Last Tuesday I had a perfect day with my old circular saw
I was cutting some laminate planks for a small bathroom remodel in Arlington and my old Skil saw just hummed through everything without a hiccup. No binding, no kickback, the blade stayed sharp for all 14 cuts. Made me think about how I used to fight with cheap saws back in the 90s and now I've got this one beat up tool that just works when I treat it right. Anybody else got that one ancient tool they refuse to replace?

Nah but my buddy's still using the same circular saw his dad bought in 1987.
