Tried hydrafacial vs basic extractions on a client with bad congestion and wow the difference was crazy

So I had this client last month, she came in with really congested skin like blackheads everywhere on her nose and chin. I usually do extractions with my metal tools and it takes forever and her face gets all red and puffy. But then I tried a hydrafacial machine on her instead and I swear it pulled out stuff I could never get with my hands in like half the time. The little collection tube was full of gunk and she barely had any redness after. She even texted me later saying her pores looked smaller for like a whole week after. My coworker said it's because the suction and serums work together better than just squeezing. Has anyone else noticed hydrafacial just obliterates congestion compared to manual extractions?

It's like how those electric scrub brushes just work better than scrubbing by hand no matter how hard you try.

I read that a study from a derm office in Miami found hydrafacial removed about 30% more sebum than manual extractions in one session. Makes sense given how much gunk you saw.
