That stubborn stuck extraction needle took me nearly an hour the other day

I was doing a routine facial last Tuesday and my client had a deep blackhead near her chin that just would not budge. I tried a warm compress for 5 minutes, then switched to a different loop tool, still nothing. After 45 minutes of poking and prodding I finally got it out with a lancet and some gentle pressure. Has anyone else run into a clog that made you question your whole extractor technique?

My sister once spent 2 hours digging out a single clogged pore on her chin and then cried because it "wasn't satisfying enough." I just don't have that kind of patience.
