That milia extraction took me an hour.
Little white bump under the eye. Thought it would pop right out like usual. No dice. Any tips for getting those stubborn ones out faster?

Oh man, "that milia extraction took me an hour" - I felt that in my bones. I had one right on my lower eyelid that I messed with for like 45 minutes, tiny little pearl that just refused to budge. Finally had to take a break, ice it down, and try again with a fresh sterile lancet. What worked for me was gently stretching the skin super tight and coming at it from a different angle, almost sideways instead of straight on.
