That awkward moment when my wax pot failed mid-brow in front of a client
I was doing a brow wax in my suite last Thursday when my wax pot just shut off, no warning. The wax turned into a solid block and I had to switch to hard wax mid-service while the client just stared at me. Has anyone else had equipment fail at the worst possible time and had to think on their feet?

Three years back my table saw blade exploded mid-cut on a custom cabinet job and I just stood there covered in sawdust. Honestly that kind of pressure is what separates the pros from the hobbyists, you handled it better than most would.

Three seconds after that blade let go I bet your brain was running through every OSHA violation you never thought you'd need to know. I mean, my first table saw explosion I just yelled "well that's not supposed to do that" and spent the next hour picking metal shards out of my shop apron. Maybe it's just me but standing there covered in sawdust with a busted cabinet job sounds like a pro-level "welp" moment.
