Had a client with a really bad reaction to a new peel last Thursday

She came in for a light glycolic treatment but her skin got super red and tight. I realized the clinic's new peel line is way stronger than the old one. Had to do a cool compress and a heavy ceramide cream for 20 minutes. Anyone else run into this with a product reformulation?

What about the people who don't use the app every day? A warning in an update log is useless if you only open it once a month.
