Dropped $800 on a HydraFacial machine and I'm torn on if it was worth it

Honestly, some clients love it and it brings in extra cash, but the upkeep with the serums and tips is way more than I expected. I'm in Phoenix and the summer heat seems to make the device act up sometimes. So, is it a must-have treatment that builds your book, or just a fancy upsell that's more hassle than profit?

That Phoenix heat is a real killer on equipment. aaron_gonzalez is right, it's a fancy upsell that can turn into a money pit.
