Compared gentle liquid cleanser against a foaming one for dry skin clients
I had two clients with similar rosacea last month and tried different cleansers on each - the liquid one left way less irritation. Has anyone else found that foaming formulas just strip too much for sensitive types?

Yeah so true. It's like how dish soap works - the foamy stuff is way harsher on your hands than the regular liquid kind. Same idea with face washes I guess. I noticed the same thing with my own cleanser, switched from a foaming one to a cream based one and my face feels way less tight after washing. Simple chemistry stuff, more foam usually means more stripping.
