Can we talk about client reminder texts always falling through the cracks?

I kept missing confirmations and had so many last-minute cancellations. Finally tried a basic auto-text tool and it's been a huge relief this past month. What do you use to keep reminders simple and reliable?

My friend finally switched to automatic texts and her reminders actually work now.

But is it really that big of a deal... seems like just being organized should cover it. Pen and paper worked forever.
