Unpopular opinion: I think older relay logic runs better than these new boards

I swapped a 1992 Dover panel for a brand new microprocessor controller last month on a job in Cleveland and the car has had two shutdowns already from phantom faults... That old relay system never gave us a single false trip in 15 years. Anyone else feel like the new stuff adds more headaches than it fixes?

Hit me with this: what exactly were those phantom faults flagging? Like was the board throwing a door lock timeout or a leveling sensor glitch that made zero sense on site? I swear these new controllers get wonky with anything older than 2010 wiring in the shaft.
