Stuck on a weird door lock issue in a 90s building downtown

Last week, I was working on a bank of four elevators in that old brick tower on Main. The door locks on car 3 kept dropping out, but only when the car was at the 7th floor... checked the cam and roller alignment three times and it was fine. Anyone run into a ghost issue like this where the floor level itself seems to be the problem?

Haunted floor, maybe it just needs better security.

Sounds like the 7th floor just doesn't want visitors... maybe it's haunted. Classic 90s building stuff.
