Door limit switch gremlin took me two shifts to find

Had a car that kept losing leveling on the third stop, drove me nuts for 6 hours until I realized the door limit switch arm was flexing a hair at certain car loads. Check the door position transducer before you start swapping relays, my dumb replaced one for nothing. Anyone else chase a phantom fault that turned out to be mechanical wear not electrical?

Ngl that transducer tip is gold. Had a similar gremlin on an old Otis where the car would randomly skip floors when the building got warm in the afternoon. Swapped cards, tweaked the brake, even redid the wiring. Turned out the limit switch bracket had worked itself loose by like a mil and a half over years of vibration. Temp change made the metal expand just enough to screw the timing. Felt like an idiot for two days over a bolt and a washer.
