A simple capacitor swap turned into a 4 hour nightmare

Pulled a board from a 90s amp, thought it'd be a 20 minute job. Turns out the solder pads lifted on three joints and I spent forever rebuilding traces. Anyone else find that recapping old gear always reveals hidden damage?

Oh man, I feel your pain. I read somewhere that 90s gear had that crappy lead-free solder that just crumbles apart when you heat it. Makes every simple job turn into a nightmare of broken traces.
