Pro tip: Clients who keep resetting GFCI outlets

I get called back to jobs where GFCI outlets trip a lot. People just hit the reset button and ignore the real issue. What's the best way to explain why this is a bad habit?

Honestly, I see it as a helpful warning system. If it keeps tripping, something is wrong with an appliance or the wiring. Just resetting it is like turning off a check engine light and ignoring the car problem.

Used to think it was no big deal until my boss explained it.

Watched a customer do that for months before their microwave died.
