Just found out most free online courses have a 90% drop-out rate

I was looking up stats for a project last week and found this on a site called Class Central. They said that out of every 100 people who sign up for a free MOOC, only about 10 actually finish. I was shocked because I've started so many myself. It made me realize how important it is to pick a course you can really stick with, not just the first one you see. Has anyone else found a good way to stay motivated and actually complete one?

That stat is wild but totally checks out! My Coursera history is basically a graveyard of half-finished certificates. Setting a weekly time block on my calendar is the only thing that's ever worked for me.

Tell me about it! I have a Coursera tab that's been open on my laptop for like three months. I get super pumped about a new data course, finish the first week, and then just... ghost it. Blocking time on my calendar was a game changer for me too. I literally treat my "Learn Python" block like a doctor's appointment now.
