I bought a full online course on graphic design for $300 and it was just bad YouTube videos

The course promised project files and feedback, but the videos were blurry and the teacher just read from a script. I tried to get my money back after the first module, but their policy said no refunds after you download anything. It felt like a total scam for something I could find for free. Has anyone found a good, actually useful place to learn design online without getting ripped off?

Remember when community colleges offered those cheap night classes? They were hit or miss, but at least you got a real person.
