Switched from foam brush to a mini roller for window trim paint

Used to fight with brush streaks for 2 hours on my living room windows in Toledo. Tried a 2-inch mini foam roller last spring and got a smooth finish in 45 minutes. Anyone else made the switch and found the same?

Yeah the mini roller is a GAME changer for trim. I did all my bedroom windows with one and it cut the time in half compared to fighting with a brush. The trick is getting the right nap thickness so it doesn't leave bubbles or leave it too thin.

Wait, did you use the foam ones or the fluffy kind? I heard someone say the foam mini rollers work way better for avoiding texture but I haven't tried them myself.
