PSA: I tried to fix a wobbly ceiling fan with a $5 bracket from the hardware store and it almost fell on my head lol

Ugh, seriously. I tried to fix a light switch myself last year and it was a total disaster. Honestly some things are just not worth the risk or the hassle. I ended up paying way more to fix my mess than if I'd just called someone from the start. Tbh it's the best advice even if it feels expensive upfront.
