Paperclips are showing up in all the blind repair guides now

I tried it on my own blinds that wouldn't tilt right. Just bent a paperclip and slipped it in, good as new. It's SHOCKING how well it works.

My bedroom blinds stopped tilting correctly last winter. I bent a paperclip into a tight hook and slid it into the headrail near the tilt mechanism. It popped something back into place immediately. Felt pretty clever for about five seconds before realizing I'd been struggling with it for months.

You know, it's wild how the simplest things end up being the most useful fix. @jennifer_murphy47 figuring out the paperclip trick reminded me of the time I used a shoelace to pull a lost key out from under my fridge. It's that same feeling of being a total genius for solving a problem with junk you already have. Makes you wonder what other household annoyances have a two-cent fix, right?
