Finally tried that baking soda paste trick for a scratched sink and it actually worked after two applications.
I was sure it was just an old wives' tale, but rubbing a paste of baking soda and water on my scratched stainless steel sink for about 5 minutes each time made the marks almost vanish, so what other simple cleaning hacks have you guys found that actually deliver?

What do you use for hard water stains on shower glass? In my place, the white vinegar in a spray bottle method really cut through the gunk. I spray it on, let it sit for maybe ten minutes, then scrub with one of those basic dish sponges and rinse. It takes a few tries for really bad buildup, but it's way cheaper than the fancy sprays.

Honestly, that vinegar trick for shower glass is solid. I read somewhere that mixing it with a little dish soap in a spray bottle makes it stick to vertical surfaces better. Tbh the soap helps it cling to the glass instead of just running down, so it can work on the stains longer. Ngl I tried it last month and it cut my scrubbing time in half. You just gotta let it sit for like twenty minutes before you wipe it off.
