Rant: The OSHA silica dust exposure limit is way lower than I ever guessed
I was reading a safety bulletin from a supply house in Phoenix and saw the legal limit is 50 micrograms per cubic meter over an 8-hour shift. That's basically a few grains of sand in a whole room. Makes me rethink how careful we need to be with just a basic dust mask. Anyone else actually measure their on-site dust levels?

Wow, that's wild. It's like how they keep finding "safe" levels for stuff are way too high. Makes you wonder what else we're breathing in, right?
