Hit 500 hours on my dredge pump without a rebuild
Ngl, I was expecting to swap out the wear parts way sooner. Got 500 hours on the same pump and it's still holding pressure fine. Anybody else stretch their rebuild intervals longer than they thought?

Wait are you running sand or something finer through yours? 500 hours on the same wear parts sounds wild but maybe your material is just easy on the pump compared to what I deal with lol. I'd be curious what your discharge pressure looks like at that point cause mine usually starts dropping off way before 500.

Dude YES thank you for saying this lol. I run mostly fine sand and gravel and I'm lucky to get 250 hours out of a set of wear plates before I start seeing pressure drop off. 500 is insane to me unless they're running like straight silt or something super soft. My discharge pressure usually starts falling around 180-200 hours and by 300 I'm swapping parts cause the flow just isn't there anymore. What kind of material are you feeding yours?
