Saying "everyone" on your dredge laughs at it might not be totally true. A lot of people just hide their stress to seem tough.

Check in privately with your crew. Some guys will only talk when it's not in front of everyone.

Hiding stress to seem tough is so real. How do you even start that private talk without making it weird?
