Noticed new drafters skipping the manual on scaling factors

I keep seeing people in my shop in Austin just eyeballing their layer scales instead of checking the tolerance charts first. Has anyone else dealt with getting called back to fix a part that was 0.5mm off because someone guessed the shrink rate?

Man, I feel this SO hard. I had a guy last week just ignore the manual for a nylon part and his "guesstimate" was off by almost a full millimeter. Then I had to go redo the whole setup while he watched me do it the right way. It is SO frustrating.
